Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance, filter changes, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair
- Service commercial package gas and electric systems, heat pumps, and air conditioners
- Maintain hydronic systems and associated components
- Deliver high-quality craftsmanship with a safety-first mentality
- Maintain detailed communication with teams and customers to build trusting relationships
Requirements
- WA O6A electrical certificate
- Proven track record in commercial HVAC service
- Expertise in solving complex repair challenges
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- All required trade licenses
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial package gas and electric systems
- Experience with hydronic systems
