Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and filter changes
- Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs
- Service commercial package gas and electric systems, heat pumps, and air conditioners
- Maintain hydronic systems and associated components
- Maintain a commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
- Provide detailed communication to teams and customers to build trusting relationships
Requirements
- Proven track record in the commercial HVAC industry
- Expertise in complex repairs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- All applicable trade licenses
- Strong work ethic and adaptable nature
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial package gas and electric systems
- Experience with hydronic systems
