HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance, filter changes, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems
• Service commercial package gas and electric units, heat pumps, air conditioners, and hydronic systems
• Maintain a commitment to safety and high-quality craftsmanship
• Provide detailed communication to teams and customers to build trusting relationships
• Approach service calls with a "no problem" mentality to resolve complex issues

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering quality service in the commercial HVAC industry
• Expertise in performing complex repairs and leveraging resources to solve problems
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• All applicable trade licenses required for the role

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work independently in a lean, results-oriented environment
• Strong initiative and adaptability to changing site conditions
• A positive, "can-do" attitude and a strong work ethic
