HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Service and repair HVAC systems, including analyzing issues and preparing cost estimates
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues through diagnostic testing of HVAC devices and units
• Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance
• Deliver professional customer service and address client concerns
• Follow all safety standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, parts used, and recommendations
• Meet individual and team performance goals

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a residential HVAC technician
• TDLR certification
• EPA certification
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in field environments, climb ladders, and navigate uneven surfaces
• Ability to move materials up to 50 pounds
