About the role
Responsibilities
- Service and repair HVAC systems, including analyzing issues and preparing cost estimates
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues through diagnostic testing of HVAC devices and units
- Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance
- Deliver professional customer service and address client concerns
- Follow all safety standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, parts used, and recommendations
- Meet individual and team performance goals
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a residential HVAC technician
- TDLR certification
- EPA certification
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in field environments, climb ladders, and navigate uneven surfaces
- Ability to move materials up to 50 pounds
