About the role
Responsibilities
- Service and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
- Analyze system issues and prepare written work cost estimates
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues using diagnostic tools
- Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance
- Deliver excellent customer service and address client concerns
- Follow all safety standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of a relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician
- Valid HVAC technician license
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
- Physical stamina and dexterity
