HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment including AC, heat pumps, furnaces, and rooftop units
• Manage daily job schedules and time management effectively
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding service tasks and obtain necessary signatures
• Input all materials and job details accurately into Service Titan
• Maintain a clean workspace and a professional appearance
• Manage assigned company vehicle, including maintenance, fuel, and inventory of parts and tools
• Adhere to all safety practices and MO-OSHA requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Physical fitness to work in tight spaces, at heights, and in varying temperatures
• Proficiency in basic math and measurement
