HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues
• Complete digital work orders, service reports, and time entries accurately
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and recommendations
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies

Requirements

• Journeyperson Air Conditioning Mechanic (Red Seal) or 4th Year Apprentice
• HRAI Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) Certification
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Ability to obtain and maintain required site security clearances
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DDC and building control systems
• Experience with mobile/service software
