HVAC Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and inspire a team of HVAC technicians
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide training
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development
• Coordinate and manage daily service schedules
• Ensure timely completion of service calls and high-quality standards
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols
• Serve as the primary contact for escalated customer inquiries
• Develop and manage the service department’s budget
• Track expenses and revenue to meet financial goals
• Evaluate service processes for efficiency and quality improvement
• Maintain accurate service records and reports

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years in HVAC services
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
• Proven knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical
