About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and inspire a team of HVAC technicians
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide training
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development
- Coordinate and manage daily service schedules
- Ensure timely completion of service calls and high-quality standards
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols
- Serve as the primary contact for escalated customer inquiries
- Develop and manage the service department’s budget
- Track expenses and revenue to meet financial goals
- Evaluate service processes for efficiency and quality improvement
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years in HVAC services
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical
