HVAC Refrigeration Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial refrigeration systems at client sites
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, electronic, and refrigeration circuit faults
• Plan and execute corrective actions following company and client safety standards
• Document all service reports, repairs, and spare parts usage accurately
• Maintain inventory of materials and tools within the company vehicle
• Communicate technical findings and potential risks to clients and supervisors

Requirements

• Technical diploma (preferably in electronics or mechatronics)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a refrigeration technician
• F-gas Category 1 certification (preferred)
• Proficiency in copper brazing and reading electrical/hydraulic schematics
• Valid Driving License (Category B)
• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English
• Ability to work overtime and travel nationally
• Residence in or near Trezzano sul Naviglio
