Responsibilities

• Provide services to support the continued operation, maintenance, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
• Maintain and service all related systems, including automation controls and energy management systems
• Perform routine inspections and repairs to ensure efficient system performance across campus facilities

Requirements

• High school graduate
• Completion of HVAC Certification Programs
• Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification
• DDC & Pneumatic Controls Training
• Valid driver's license with less than six points
• Ability to provide documentation for all required certifications and licenses

Preferred Qualifications

• Five years of recent experience performing HVAC/R work
• Previous experience working within an institutional environment
