HVAC Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Participate in commercial development initiatives with existing clients and new prospects
• Respond to tenders and calls for bids with support from the Design Office technicians
• Manage the technical development of HVAC projects from conception to completion
• Lead and animate a team of collaborators, including management, quality control, and training
• Ensure the financial health of projects by monitoring budgets and site status
• Supervise construction sites for professional clients in tertiary, residential, and commercial sectors
• Enforce strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations on all sites

Requirements

• Degree in Thermal Engineering or equivalent experience as a self-taught professional
• Proven previous experience in a similar project management or business affairs role
• Strong commercial aptitude and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to unite a team
