HVAC Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client representatives to facilitate support during system installation and BMS deployment
• Hold regular meetings with customers to address problems and gather suggestions for improvement
• Manage relationships with high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective service partners and subcontractors
• Execute site tasks as instructed by the Project Manager to achieve target completion timelines
• Monitor weekly and monthly completion targets and implement corrective actions to avoid delays
• Ensure projects are handed over to the Operations Team as snag-free installations
• Record all site-related expenses, including ad-hoc cash expenses
• Support the validation of energy savings post-commissioning using audit instruments
• Prepare and share necessary documentation for detailed project handover reports

Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant work experience in HVAC or MEP projects
• Proven experience in client relationship management
• Strong skills in subcontractor coordination and site execution management
• Ability to manage project handover documentation and technical reporting
• Experience with BMS deployment and system installation processes
