Responsibilities
- Design HVAC systems that meet project requirements while adhering to budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate HVAC systems into overall designs
- Prepare, review, and approve technical documents, drawings, and specifications
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets
- Perform load and energy calculations to determine system requirements
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and building codes
- Troubleshoot system-related issues during and post-installation
- Maintain accurate project documentation and logs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC engineering or project management
- Proven expertise in HVAC system design
- Experience with ventilation works
- Proficiency in performing load and energy calculations
- Strong project management and resource allocation skills
- Ability to produce and manage technical documentation
