HVAC Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and execute a minimum of 10 projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with client representatives to facilitate system installation and address any concerns or suggestions for improvement.
• Manage relationships with service partners and subcontractors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective site operations.
• Support project cost management by creating BOQs and obtaining quotations from multiple contractors.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to evaluate service partners for project execution.
• Execute site tasks according to timelines to achieve weekly and monthly completion targets.
• Ensure projects are handed over to the operations team as snag-free installations.
• Manage project documentation, billing, material management, and site-related expenses.
• Oversee the installation and execution of CHW, VRF, DX, and ventilation systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in HVAC project engineering.
• Proven ability to handle 10+ projects independently.
• Extensive technical experience with CHW, VRF, DX, and Ventilation systems.
• Strong skills in budgeting, BOQ creation, and cost management.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor and subcontractor management.
• Proficiency in client coordination and relationship management.
