HVAC Preparer

Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical and HVAC works, including field visits, technical surveys, and detailed studies
• Develop schedules, cost estimates, and work/material requisitions
• Manage and track files using CMMS (Maximo)
• Supervise and coordinate external companies and monitor EIA work execution
• Perform quality receptions and update technical documentation
• Ensure regulatory compliance and monitoring of regulated equipment (electrical installations, HVAC, lightning protection, etc.)
• Track periodic controls such as thermography and preventive maintenance

Requirements

• Degree (Bac +2 to Bac +5) in Electrotechnics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Automation/EIA, or HVAC with a strong electrical focus
• Proven experience within the petrochemical industry
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems
