HVAC Owner Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls service offerings to building owners, primarily at the Director level
• Promote the company value proposition by providing technical solutions and operational expertise
• Build and manage long-term customer partnerships and managed accounts
• Position renewable service agreements as the foundation of customer relationships
• Execute the full sales process to identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities on a monthly basis
• Expand the depth and breadth of service offerings within existing accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of six (6) years of progressive field sales experience
• At least one year of experience successfully selling HVAC or building automation systems (BAS)
• Strong interpersonal communication and influence skills to engage key decision-makers
• Demonstrated commitment to integrity and quality in business operations
