HVAC Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technicians, focusing on skill development and performance management.
• Oversee the stable operation of semiconductor facility systems including cooling towers, chillers, boilers, and water treatment.
• Monitor and analyze system performance deviations, taking corrective action to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain strict adherence to standard operating procedures and promote safe work practices.
• Collaborate with site engineers and other facilities departments to drive system improvements and manage projects.
• Provide field or control room support as required to maintain continuous 24/7 operations.

Requirements

• Certification, license, or Associate's degree in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related STEM field.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial operations and maintenance (e.g., pumps, hydraulics, piping).
• Proven experience in semiconductor or large-scale industrial facilities.
• Proficiency in understanding and manipulating SCADA and HMI systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including ultra-pure water or wastewater operations.
