HVAC Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Optimize and supervise company operations
• Support scheduling and follow-up of GMAO work orders
• Establish annual operational reports
• Create DOE for construction sites
• Perform technical analyses and audits on specific subjects
• Prepare quotes using dedicated tools
• Control refrigeration tools and manage common and individual equipment
• Interface with the billing support service for work and contractual billing
• Update databases, tracking files, and activity management software
• Organize and manage the agency's digital documentation
• Order materials and services via ERP
• Manage stocks of PPE and work clothing
• Interface with HR services for leave, absences, and payroll
• Manage the agency vehicle fleet in coordination with the fleet manager

Requirements

• Degree level Bac +3 to Bac +5 in the energy field
• Strong team spirit
• Good customer service orientation
• High level of rigor
