About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform skilled, complex repair, maintenance, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and systems
- Complete work orders pertaining to Life Safety, Environment of Care, Safety, and Patients
- Execute preventative maintenance work orders and perform Fire Damper documentation per CMS
- Create and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Coordinate projects and work orders effectively
- Train and mentor staff in the areas of HVAC and building automation systems
- Research and requisition materials to ensure price and efficiency
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid New Hampshire Driver's license with a clean driving record and proof of insurance
- Knowledge of local and national codes and standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, building automation, and internet software
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC
- EPA Refrigerant Certification
