HVAC Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled, complex repair, maintenance, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and systems
• Complete work orders pertaining to Life Safety, Environment of Care, Safety, and Patients
• Execute preventative maintenance work orders and perform Fire Damper documentation per CMS
• Create and maintain accurate technical documentation
• Coordinate projects and work orders effectively
• Train and mentor staff in the areas of HVAC and building automation systems
• Research and requisition materials to ensure price and efficiency

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid New Hampshire Driver's license with a clean driving record and proof of insurance
• Knowledge of local and national codes and standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, building automation, and internet software

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC
• EPA Refrigerant Certification
