About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise BMS systems from the control room, focusing on HVAC installations
- Perform preventive, corrective, and conductive maintenance of HVAC systems (climatization, ventilation, heating)
- Respond urgently to BMS alarms and alerts related to climatization
- Verify temperature, humidity, and thermal comfort parameters via control systems
- Execute integral building maintenance tasks using GMAO Prisma
- Diagnose and resolve faults in climatization equipment
- Receive and redirect telephone alerts to the corresponding technical department
- Complete control sheets and incident reports
- Support the electrical department and other maintenance areas
Requirements
- Vocational training, higher degree, or professional certificate in a relevant specialty
- At least 3 years of experience as a BMS Control Room Operator
- Knowledge and experience with Honeywell control systems
- Experience in integral maintenance including electricity and climatization
