HVAC Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential properties
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues using diagnostic tools
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive system checks
• Provide professional customer service and address client concerns
• Adhere to all safety standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and parts used

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician
• Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
• Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical
• Eligibility to obtain a Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) license
