HVAC Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on refrigeration, air conditioning (direct expansion, chilled water, air treatment), and heating systems.
• Diagnose technical failures using systematic analysis methods.
• Execute repairs autonomously or in collaboration with team members.
• Provide on-site customer service by explaining interventions and offering technical advice.
• Prepare quick quotes and complete intervention reports for clients.
• Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Formal training in Climate Engineering (Génie Climatique) or significant experience as a self-taught professional.
• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Strong technical analysis and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to be reactive and adaptable to different environments (commercial, residential, and tertiary).
