HVAC Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults using technical analysis methods for heating and plumbing systems
• Perform maintenance and repair interventions in residential, commercial, and tertiary environments
• Create quick estimates for repairs and interventions
• Resolve technical issues autonomously or with support from colleagues
• Advise customers on interventions and provide post-repair guidance
• Complete intervention reports and confirm task completion with management
• Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements

• Mandatory Category 1 refrigerant handling certification (fluides frigorigènes)
• Formal training in Thermal Engineering or significant experience as a self-taught professional
• Strong technical analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to be reactive and adapt to different site environments
