HVAC Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance interventions on HVAC, plumbing, and heating systems (gas/oil).
• Diagnose technical failures using systematic analysis methods.
• Execute repairs autonomously or in collaboration with team members.
• Provide on-site customer service, including explaining interventions and offering technical advice.
• Prepare quick quotes and complete intervention reports for clients.
• Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Support various sectors including tertiary, residential, and commercial environments.

Requirements

• Training in Thermal Engineering or proven experience as a self-taught professional.
• Previous professional experience in a similar HVAC or maintenance role.
• Level 1 refrigerant handling certification (habilitations fluides niveau 1).
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to adapt to different environments.
• High level of reactivity and autonomy in troubleshooting situations.
