HVAC Lead Installer

Responsibilities

• Lead an installation crew in removing gas furnaces and installing heat pump systems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and replacing filters
• Test heat pump systems to ensure proper functionality and performance
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes during all installations and repairs
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve products and streamline installation processes
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
• Train and mentor team members on Jetson equipment and specific installation procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential HVAC installation and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and English communication skills
• Ability to provide high-quality customer service in a residential setting

Preferred Qualifications

• F32 Class C license (National Standard Residential Mechanical)
• NATE certification
• Section 608 certification
• BPI certification
