HVAC Lead Designer

Responsibilities

• Prepare Air Flow Diagrams and P&IDs independently using AutoCAD and MicroStation
• Design equipment layouts for Air Handling Units, Fan Coil units, Blowers, Chillers, and other HVAC components
• Create detailed 2D drawings for air side systems, including ducting and accessories
• Perform equipment modeling based on provided vendor data
• Execute hands-on E3D modeling, including the routing of HVAC ducting and accessories like grilles, dampers, and louvers for offshore projects
• Extract General Arrangement (G.A.) drawings in PDMS
• Support selection and modeling processes in accordance with support standards
• Generate HVAC Material Take-Offs (MTO)

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HVAC design and modeling activities
• Deep expertise within the Oil and Gas domain
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation
• Hands-on experience with E3D modeling
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Diploma in a relevant field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with S3D or PDMS
• Specific experience working on offshore projects
• Working knowledge of S3D modeling
