Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including split systems, heat pumps, package units, and ductless mini-split systems
• Execute clean, high-quality installs with strong attention to detail
• Ensure proper airflow, duct transitions, and overall system performance
• Set up, commission, and test equipment according to manufacturer specifications
• Configure communicating systems, thermostats, and controls
• Utilize ServiceTitan to document installs, upload photos, and record completed work
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to complete installs independently and efficiently
• Proficiency with tablets and mobile applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience installing Trane systems, including communicating equipment and controls
• Familiarity with Mitsubishi, Ruud, Comfortmaker, Carrier, Daikin, and Lennox equipment
• Strong understanding of airflow, static pressure, and commissioning
• Experience with high-end residential installations
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software
