HVAC Installer

Responsibilities

• Complete full heat pump system installations from start to finish, including removing existing gas furnaces and AC equipment
• Execute refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging with precision
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to execute installs accurately and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure all installations comply with local building codes
• Deliver a standout customer experience by communicating clearly and addressing homeowner concerns
• Maintain organized, well-stocked vehicles and warehouse spaces
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve installation processes and quality standards

Requirements

• Solid hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Section 608 Certification (required or actively in progress)
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics
• Strong refrigerant handling skills, including recovery and evacuation
• Working knowledge of local building codes
• Physical stamina to work in attics, crawlspaces, and demanding environments
• Professional communication skills for interacting with customers and teammates

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with heat pumps or mini-split systems
• Experience using modern tools, including AI, to improve workflow efficiency
