HVAC Installer

Responsibilities

• Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish
• Execute refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams for accurate installation and troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with local building codes
• Deliver high-quality customer service and address homeowner concerns
• Maintain organized vehicles and warehouse inventory
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve installation processes

Requirements

• Residential HVAC installation experience
• HVACR license
• EPA Section 608 Certification (or actively in progress)
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics
• Knowledge of local building codes
• Proficiency in refrigerant handling
• Physical stamina for heavy equipment and demanding environments (attics, crawlspaces)
• Adherence to OSHA Electrical and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with heat pumps or mini-splits
