HVAC Installer

Responsibilities

• Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish
• Execute refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams for accurate installation
• Ensure compliance with local building codes
• Deliver high-quality customer service and address homeowner concerns
• Maintain organized vehicles and warehouse inventory
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve installation processes

Requirements

• Residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Section 608 Certification (or actively in progress)
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics
• Strong refrigerant handling skills
• Physical stamina for demanding environments like attics and crawlspaces
• Knowledge of local building codes
• Adherence to OSHA Electrical and Lockout/Tagout standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with heat pumps or mini-splits
