Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a dynamic team of over 12+ team members
• Use sales data, technician feedback, and KPIs to drive strategic decision-making
• Define and cascade annual revenue targets and commission structures
• Build a training program to standardize one-day install swap outs
• Establish and drive strong relationships with other departments for scheduling and lead generation
• Resolve client issues in a timely fashion
• Develop and maintain a strong culture to aid recruitment and retention
• Foster an environment of collaboration and accountability

Requirements

• Previous management and leadership experience
• Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
• Ability to drive team performance to achieve business goals
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
• Service Titan experience preferred
• Knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
