HVAC Installation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of over 12 team members
• Use sales data, technician feedback, and KPIs to drive strategic decision-making
• Define annual revenue targets and commission structures
• Build training programs to standardize one-day install swap outs
• Foster strong relationships with other departments for scheduling and lead generation
• Resolve client issues in a timely fashion
• Develop and mentor team members to increase retention and performance

Requirements

• Previous management and leadership experience
• Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
• Ability to drive team performance toward business goals
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements

• Service Titan experience
