About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist experienced field professionals in the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Manage time effectively for scheduled daily jobs
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers regarding project progress
- Work cohesively with lead field professionals and other apprentices
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and professional appearance
- Adhere to all company policies and safety practices, including OSHA requirements
Requirements
- Pass a drug test and background check
- Competent English communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Physical fitness to work in tight spaces, at heights, and in varying temperatures
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
