HVAC Install Technician Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of new residential heating and cooling systems in clients' homes
• Support lead technicians with technical tasks and equipment handling
• Provide exceptional customer service while working on-site at client residences
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and workspace

Requirements

• Previous experience as an HVAC Install Technician
• Relevant licenses and certifications
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Hard-working, motivated, and professional demeanor
