HVAC Install Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead an installation crew in removing gas furnaces and installing heat pump systems
• Train and guide apprentices and less experienced HVAC installers
• Perform routine maintenance, testing, and system functionality checks
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes during all installations
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve products and streamline installation processes
• Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing client concerns and questions

Requirements

• Red Seal Licensed HVAC/R Journeyman
• Gas B Ticket
• Proven experience as an HVAC installation team member and team lead
• Experience with heat pump installations
• Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Deep knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills
