HVAC Install Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Branch delivery teams, including Controls, Equipment, and Mechanical Installation teams.
• Oversee the overall execution and performance of assigned delivery teams to meet Branch goals and objectives.
• Assist management with revenue forecasting, billings, collections, and resource planning.
• Assign projects and ensure appropriate engineering, commissioning, and mechanical resources are allocated.
• Recruit and develop technical talent, including Project Team Leaders and Systems Specialists.
• Ensure all work complies with state, local, federal, and legal requirements while adhering to strict safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, customers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Manage project risks, resolve conflicts, and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible project leadership experience in the Building Construction industry.
• High-level competence in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel based on the geographical locations of assigned teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using MS Project and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in conflict resolution.
