HVAC Install Helper

Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and air conditioning systems in clients' homes
• Assist lead technicians with various installation tasks and equipment setup
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance on-site
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency

Requirements

• Tech School Graduate or 1 year of field experience as a Residential Installation Mechanic
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Hard-working, motivated attitude and a passion for problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a residential HVAC environment
• Familiarity with standard HVAC tools and safety protocols
