About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the HVAC Installation team by managing customer appointments and dispatching technicians
- Call customers to confirm appointments and handle scheduling coordination
- Obtain necessary permits and prepare job packets
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, faxing, and making copies
- Accurately enter and access information within the customer database
Requirements
- At least one year of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High energy and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain customer satisfaction through professional interaction
