About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist the HVAC Installation team by managing customer appointments and dispatching technicians
  • Call customers to confirm appointments and handle scheduling coordination
  • Obtain necessary permits and prepare job packets
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, faxing, and making copies
  • Accurately enter and access information within the customer database

Requirements

  • At least one year of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
