HVAC Install Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Work with lead installer on residential HVAC work to serve existing customers
• Gather components, parts, and tools to complete installations following quality and safety standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to complete projects from start to finish
• Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance
• Perform repairs and offer recommendations for ongoing maintenance
• Deliver professional customer service and address client concerns
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and recommendations made

Requirements

• 0-2 years experience in residential HVAC installations
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
• Valid Driver's License
• EPA License
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces
• Ability to climb ladders and navigate uneven surfaces
