HVAC & Gas Technician

Responsibilities

• Implement and document an effective preventive maintenance program for all systems
• Maintain Chillers, Cooling Towers, RTU, AHU, Gas, and air conditioning units
• Replace belts, pulleys, bearings, pump seals, and associated assemblies
• Perform combustion tests, balancing, and adjustments
• Respond to reactive maintenance calls regarding equipment
• Communicate work status to client groups via the central call center

Requirements

• Current Refrigeration and Air Conditioning System’s Mechanic Certificate 313A
• Class G1 Gas Fitter Certificate, TSSA, and OPD
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
• Ability to obtain Reliability Clearance Status within CISD
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and rooftops
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and databases)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ammonia and commercial kitchen equipment
• Experience with CMMS and BAS systems
