HVAC Field Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair PATRIOT Environmental Control cooling units and COTS environmental control units
• Utilize UAE Central Maintenance Facility test equipment for repair and maintenance of evacuated units
• Provide technical assistance to Patriot Fire Units and Battalions
• Support the testing, operation, and repair of all Environmental Control Units
• Interface with equipment manufacturers for follow-on support as required

Requirements

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience operating, maintaining, and debugging HVAC/Environmental Control Units
• HVAC Certification
• Active and transferable DoD Secret security clearance required on day one
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in extreme desert heat environments
• Relevant education: Bachelor’s with 5 years experience, Associates with 8 years, or HS Diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in International Patriot FMS Programs
• Experience living and working in an overseas location
