HVAC Field Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Conduct QC inspections for all new system installations
• Supervise HVAC Service and Install Techs
• Run Warranty Calls and Recalls on new system installations as needed
• Support field staff with labor, technical support, and parts delivery
• Meet with inspectors as necessary
• Balance air or verify/adjust airflow following duct jobs
• Facilitate meetings and training sessions with the HVAC Install team
• Coordinate with the Installation Manager to ensure crews are prepared and dispatched by 7:30am
• Manage challenging calls and oversee crews throughout the day
• Ensure returned materials are properly labeled and staged for the warehouse
• Coach installation teams on installer scripting and execution
• Develop relationships with manufacturers’ field representatives
• Assist with duct replacement jobs to determine sizes and quantities

Requirements

• Current driver's license
• 3-5 years minimum HVAC technical field experience
• Specific installation experience preferred
• EPA Certification
• TDLR certification

Preferred Qualifications

• NATE certification
