HVAC Equipment Commissioning Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Equipment North America organization regarding startup, warranty, and service coordination
• Act as the single point of contact for service scope coordination and the direct interface with customers
• Coordinate with Customer Resource Coordinators for all equipment field service labor requirements
• Support sales during project estimates by specifying service requirements and providing custom quotes
• Conduct weekly service turnover meetings to monitor current and future service scopes
• Verify warranty accuracy in systems and work with administrative teams to resolve discrepancies
• Facilitate technical support for customers and escalate issues preventing warranty work completion

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience or a degree in Technical Engineering or Construction
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Writer
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage a large and diverse number of projects simultaneously with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• BA degree in Engineering or Construction
• Direct knowledge of HVAC equipment
