HVAC Engineer/Building Technologies Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analysis of technical drawings and HVAC system design documentation
• Supervision of installation of air-conditioning systems, ventilation, and exhaust systems in industrial buildings
• Support of the project team in scheduling, cost estimation, and planning
• Inspection of installations for water storage, fire protection, special gases, industrial wastewater, and compressed air/steam systems
• Planning and supervision of testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of HVAC systems
• Application of safety standards and engineering best practices
• Participation in technical meetings with clients, designers, and contractors
• Preparation of technical reports and stakeholder communication

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience supervising HVAC projects and technical building systems
• Technical expertise in central air-conditioning, building automation, and ventilation systems
• Knowledge of relevant technical standards and regulations
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluency in Slovak (C2) and Upper-intermediate English (B2)
• Valid Category B driving license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive industry projects
• Strong negotiation and problem-identification skills
