HVAC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of response for HVAC and mechanical issues, including diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
• Maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across the estate through seasonal commissioning and preventative servicing
• Perform site inspections focused on mechanical plant to identify issues proactively
• Oversee HVAC and mechanical contractors on-site to ensure work meets company standards
• Execute general maintenance tasks including plumbing, minor electrical works, lock changes, and light decorating

Requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC fault diagnosis, servicing, and repair of split systems, VRF/VRV, or fan coil units
• F-Gas qualification or currently working towards it
• Solid general maintenance skills in plumbing, minor electrical, and light carpentry
• Strong understanding of health and safety regarding mechanical plant and refrigerant handling
• Professional, client-facing communication skills for working in occupied office spaces
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing schedules across multiple sites
