HVAC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering processing and realization of maintenance and investment measures with a focus on technical building equipment
• Manage HLSK projects independently as a project leader, ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, quality, and safety requirements
• Develop economical solutions for project and measure processing
• Support and continuously optimize HLSK systems in laboratory, infrastructure, and industrial chemical research facilities
• Provide construction management, coordination, and supervision of HLSK executions on-site

Requirements

• Degree in HVAC engineering or completed technician training with extensive professional experience
• Very good knowledge of HLSK technology and deep understanding of standards and guidelines in technical building equipment
• Experience in technical planning of ventilation and air conditioning systems in an industrial environment, ideally within the chemical industry
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Strong customer orientation, social competence, and ability to work effectively in a team
• Independent and responsible working style with a focus on continuous improvement processes
