About the role
Responsibilities
- Create detailed technical shop drawings for HVAC systems using AutoCAD
- Bridge the gap between design and execution by ensuring drawings are practical for site use
- Supervise the on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC components
- Ensure all HVAC systems, including ducting, piping, and units, comply with project specifications and building codes
- Monitor site conditions to ensure compliance with technical designs
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience in HVAC drafting or MEP roles
- High proficiency in AutoCAD for creating technical shop drawings
- Strong fundamental knowledge of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, and units)
- Ability to perform on-site supervision and technical coordination
- Understanding of building codes and project specifications
