HVAC Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Own the daily dispatch board utilizing ServiceTitan
• Assign technicians to calls based on ability, location, and workload
• Monitor and adjust the dispatch board to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Maintain constant communication with technicians regarding schedule updates and job changes
• Answer incoming customer calls and make outbound calls for scheduling and follow-ups
• Promote and renew maintenance memberships
• Maintain detailed customer notes and accurate job information

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technology
• Professional communication skills for interacting with customers and technicians

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industries
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan
• Experience with Google Workspace
